2022 wrapped: a year of success for Imagile Professional Services Ltd

2022 has been a year of success, transformation and growth for our team at Imagile Professional Services.

The past year has seen us work more closely than ever with our colleagues at Semperian Group. Working alongside the Group on its projects has proven hugely successful, and we’re proud of the work that has been achieved collaborating with teams across the board.

We’ve had some really positive feedback from within the business in terms of how this way of working has progressed, and it’s fantastic to see how our teams have pivoted and embraced this approach collectively responding to the ever-changing needs of our industry.

Launch of our new SLA

To align with an uplift in demand for IPSL’s service offering, the team has also been hard at work developing a new Service Level Agreement (SLA), providing a centralised hub for all of the services we deliver.

Through this project, we’ve successfully launched a resource that provides;

  • A clear schedule of IPSL’s services
  • A transparent overview of our scope of services
  • Simple centralised “Call-Off “arrangement

Through everything we do at IPSL, we want to ensure we’re collaborating with and learning from our team, and the SLA is a fantastic example of this. This is a key resource for anyone in or new to the business looking to procure a service from our Professional Services division, making information readily available across the organisation.

Learning and Development

At IPSL, we recognise the invaluable role our dedicated and supportive team members play in helping us achieve our goals and ambitions.

In 2022, we’ve worked with our colleagues to ensure they have access to the tools and learning opportunities needed for them to grow and evolve within their roles.

This has resulted in staff across the business gaining new qualifications, accreditations and chartership attainment from a range of industry bodies including the Institute of Asset Management, NEBOSH, Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain, Joint Contracts Tribunal and many more.

Our dedication to structured development planning through 360-degree feedback sessions and ongoing role progression has also meant that the team has celebrated several well-deserved promotions. We’ve also welcomed lots of new faces across the business, with more to come in 2023.

We firmly believe that supporting our team to flourish will help our business flourish too, so it’s fantastic to reflect on a year of success when it comes to supporting our team.

To all of them – thank you.

Project highlights

Working closely with the team at Semperian Group, we’ve seen an increased demand for our support across a range of projects in the past 12 months.

The IPSL team has used its expertise and experience to support a range of variation, lifecycle and hand-back works.

Supporting hand back has been central to much of our work this year, bringing with it new challenges and learning opportunities that we will take forward into the new year.

This includes a focus on further enhancing the sustainability of our supply chain in alignment with our Environmental Social and Government (ESG) commitments and collaborating with like-minded suppliers who share the same ambitions and ethos as we do.

The launch of our SLAs is also a significant step in evolving our internal processes, ensuring a seamless transaction every time.

What’s next for 2023?

As we look ahead to a new year, our ambitions as a business remain the same as in previous years;

  • Ongoing commitment to our fantastic team through professional development and employee wellbeing – and growing this team with new talent and opportunities!
  • Developing ever-greater resilience to ensure future growth
  • Continuing to provide excellent support to the Group and more widely
  • Adapting to change as required
  • Embracing our new SLA

We’re already looking forward to seeing what we’ll achieve in 2023!
