At IPSL, we believe our progressive company culture is best reflected in the training, learning and development opportunities available to our staff.
We understand that hands-on industry experience – where personal development and progression opportunities are prioritised – is the best way to attract and retain talented experts. That’s why we are committed to helping our employees be the best they can be.
A commitment to internal progression
According to LinkedIn’s 2019 Workforce Learning Report, 94% of employees would stay with a company if it invested in their learning. Therefore, pledging time and capital to employee training and development needs is essential to keep staff motivated and content at work.
At IPSL, our people are the bedrock of the company, working tirelessly to deliver exceptional results for our clients every single day. We appreciate their dedication to the firm and have adopted a company-wide policy to always promote internally, wherever possible. It’s also a core aim of ours to create progressive career opportunities for staff at every level, helping them to become future industry leaders.
Connecting with universities
Alongside our commitment to the current team, IPSL believes in looking ahead to the future of the organisation and plans to continue investing in talented young people across the UK. Graduates often come filled with fresh ideas and excitement, ready to take their chosen industries by storm. With the right support and guidance, they can be incredible assets to any organisation.

IPSL’s search to find the brightest and most enthusiastic new graduates in 2020 has already begun. Members of the team attended the University of Salford’s Careers Fair for the Built Environment industries in February and will also be in attendance at the Liverpool John Moores University careers fair in March. It’s the start of a wider programme of engagement with universities but it’s an approach that works well and many of our current workforce have come via this route.
Expanding our team
With a strong national presence, IPSL is currently recruiting for a number of positions nationwide, with work experience placements and job opportunities available in several locations across the UK including London, Bristol and Cheshire. With this, we hope to continue to attract new talent and grow our accomplished team.
