We know that our people are the driving force behind our business and that’s why training and development for our employees remains a top priority at Imagile Professional Services Limited (IPSL).
As well as delivering more than 70 training courses alongside our colleagues at Imagile Group in 2019 alone, the firm had a total of 18 employees studying through the apprenticeships scheme, two of which were placed within IPSL.
Apprenticeships offer a fantastic opportunity for employees to gain a qualification, whilst receiving on the job training, and being an important tool for driving our business forward.
A shining example of how successful this scheme can be is one of our fantastic Administrators, Steph Coray.
Celebrating success
Steph, who joined Imagile Group’s administration team in 2017 and was shortly promoted to Business Administration Apprentice for IPSL, Steph was one of the firm’s very first apprentices.
Throughout her apprenticeship, Steph has demonstrated impressive commitment, skills and knowledge and it’s been fantastic to see her develop within the business over the past three years.
Having recently completed her apprenticeship programme, Steph received her Business Admin Level 3 qualification and will now continue her role within the firm as a valued member of our Construction Delivery team.
Her dedication to learning was also recognised in 2019 when she was shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year at the North West Business Awards.
Steph has undoubtedly been and will continue to be an incredible asset to IPSL and as an organisation, we are very proud of everything she has achieved.
